    …Iyer's channel on youtube called img secrets. he did anaesthesia residency in India followed by a fellowship in Canada. According to him, he had the option to either stay in Canada or work as an attending in the US. He did not need to repeat residency either in Canada or the US.here's a link:- ▶ link he also coaches imgs one on one but he probably charges for consult but his videos on youtube are quite informative.

    Oh yes, I missed that point. ▶ link I hope this will help. I believe exploring your options in Canada would suit you more because you already have citizenship. Try to enter the US system would be a big hassle especially due to you YOG. I personally don't think it's worth the struggle, because even if you do get matched in the first go, It would be after 2 years from now. what is the point then? We are not gonna live…
