  Read the last couple lines to see what they're asking Dx/Tx/Mx and read the first line with demographics and Chief complaints or reason for visit. then move to the answer to narrow it down, if you're sure then choose it and move on to the next one. If you're still not able to answer then read through the entire question. This helped me and there's a guy on YT THEMDJOURNEY, check out his video. ▶ link
