…I had so many and felt clueless about them. Also I heard there was a lot of weird pharm and immunology and there actually was a good bit, I crammed driving on the way the day before my day 1 on YouTube and it really did help: Pharm: ▶ link Immunodeficiency syndromes: ▶ link *also look into adrenergic receptor basics like that one video on sketchy. Got multiple questions on pharm related to adrenergic receptors…

They don't test too much nbs in management for step 1. In fact, MRSA can be treated by VANC, DOXY, LINEZOLID, etc. The approach should be focused on MOA as well as on large categories, such as gm + or gm - coverage. Also, side effects. Here's a sample pharm video where I cover the abx: ▶ link

…the questions to figure out how to integrate the content, especially if you feel like you have been exposed to pharmacology concept. After this, get a resource like BnB or Kaplan to solidify your pharmacology and fill in gaps, but definitely first start with questions!! I have made some integrated, question-based pharm reviews on some of the more challenging topics: ▶ Antibiotics ▶ Autonomic pharm Hope this helps!
