The murmurs in my exam were clear. 1 needed the stem only. The second needed to be diagnosed by the murmur sound. Don't stress about murmurs, there's an auscultation deck on anki, get that and hammer it away. You'll be ready to go ▶ link \^\^\^\^ is also a nice playlist to go through

Hi u/RemarkableMetal3, check out the heart sounds series by ▶ Medzcool on Youtube. I found them super helpful for both Step 1 and Step 2. They're about 1-1.5 minute long videos per heart sound and help you both visualize and hear the different heart murmurs. Hope this helps!
