  …needs (including doing imaging and making antibiotics). The joke being that the rural area is so under-serviced that they had to grab a guy working a gas station to do all the extra stuff because there’s literally no one else around available. Most of the rural medicine skits mention Texaco Mike in some way, ▶ like this one, so if you wanted to see some skits straight from the source, that would be your best bet.
