▶ link (dr high yield is the goat). The NBME's in general are more representative since these are old questions that have been tested before. newer ones tend to be closer to the real thing than the older ones but they're all a good resource and sometimes questions that are verbatim pop up lol

…you have time, go over all your FM incorrects!! There will also be some peds and OB on there. I would go over fibroadenoma, fibrocystic changes, amenorrhea, when to get mammogram vs ultrasound, STDs. For peds know Intussusception, volvulus, croup. In general for FM make sure u know Asthma step up therapy, gout tx (acute vs chronic), ottawa ankle rules, OA vs RA, lyme dx. There is a good Dr. High Yield video: ▶ link

Googling "Family medicine shelf" on youtube worked out well for me lol. Also, know the major USPSTF guidelines. Got many questions on those. And, keep in mind that a lot that you learned for peds, internal medicine, and OB (if you have already done those) will be relevant. I watched this vid as a rapid-fire review. Video is three years old, but still relevant. Best of luck! ▶ link
